Mark T. Guerrette

WESTFIELD: Mark T. Guerrette, 34, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2014. He was born in Springfield to Peter and Mary (Murray) Guerrette and was a graduate of Westfield Vocational High School and attended Connecticut Culinary School. He worked as a Sous Chef at The School Street Bistro for several years, he was presently working as a Sous Chef at Westfield State University. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia (Menard) Guerrette and their sons, Colin, Sean and Aaron, and son Nicholas Carvelle of Southwick, his parents, Peter and Mary Guerrette, his sister Kristy Guerrette, all of Westfield and his mother-in-law, Kay Deflumere and her daughter, Cori, father-in-law, David Menard, and sister and brother-in-law Jen and Shannon Nichols, all of New York. Mark’s heart touched the lives of many. He leaves behind a tremendous amount of family and friends who will forever love and miss him. WEST SPRINGFIELD:  Mary Ann (Michela) Hoynoski, 93, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on November 10, 2014 at Wingate of West Springfield. She was born in Springfield on August 15, 1921 to the late John and Laura (Giolitto) Michela. She attended Cathedral High School in Springfield. Mary was a strong, loving, goodhearted woman who was devoted to her family and made them the center of her life. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 34 years, Chester A. Hoynoski, Sr. who passed in 1976; her grandson, Gregory Hoynoski; her brother, John Michela; and her sisters, Madeline Deveno, Josephine Lord and Stella Brent. She leaves her 3 sons, Chester A. Hoynoski, Jr. and his wife Linda of Westfield, Anthony Hoynoski of Ware, and John Hoynoski and his wife Laurel of Windsor Locks, CT; her daughter, Laura Lewis of Columbus, OH; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a sister Anna Hamel of Fort Meyers, FL. Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Sunday, November 16th from 3-7PM at Forastiere Funeral Home, 45 Locust St., Springfield. WESTFIELD: Eugeniusz E. Konopko, 81, died Tuesday, November 11, 2014 in Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Poland on May 1, 1933. He grew up in Poland and worked for 25 years for the National Polish Bank. He has been living here for over 30 years. He was a graduate of Holyoke Community College. He was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Church. He leaves his wife Regina (Zawistowski) Konopko, his children Boguslaw, Slawek, Miroslaw and his wife Krystyna all of Westfield and Jaroslaw and his wife Zofia of Ludlow. He also leaves six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and his brother Jerzy of Poland. The funeral will be held on Saturday at 9 am from the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial in Holy Trinity Church at 10 am. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Friday at the funeral home from 4-7 pm.

WESTFIELD – Albert V. Midgley, 88, of Westfield died peacefully on November 11, 2014 at the Holyoke Soldiers Home surrounded by his family. He was born in North Attleboro, MA on February 25th 1926 to Fred and Edith (Holtham) Midgley.   Al was a graduate of Westfield High School. He was a WWII US Naval Veteran, serving as a signalman first class in the European theater. Al received the American Theater Medal with 1 star and the European African Medal. After the Navy, Al served with the National Guard’s 104 th division retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant. Al retired in 1985 as purchasing agent at Westfield State College. He served on the Westfield School Committee, and as ward four and at large councilman and as secretary to former mayor Harold Martin. He leaves is loving wife of fourteen years, Gail O’Connor Midgley, his daughters, Carolyn Knisely of Hilton Head S.C. and Cathy Langlois and her husband Chris of Westfield. Al also leaves his step children, Mary Beth O’Connor Plemmons of Milton, GA, Timothy O’Connor and his wife Terri, and Tom O’Connor and his wife Beth all of Westfield. He also leaves his grandchildren, Christie, John and Tim Langlois and Holly and Jacob O’Connor and Ashley and Erin O’Connor,  nephews Owen Midgley and his wife Kelly of RI and Frederick Midgley of NY. Al also leaves his former wives, Barbara Ross and Jean Midgley both of Westfield, and his golf partner, James Dowd. Al was predeceased by a brother Frederick Midgley, a sister Myrtle Fristik and a step son Patrick O’Connor. The Funeral will be Monday, November 17, 2014 at The Episcopal Church of the Atonement, 36 Court St. Westfield at 11:15 AM. Burial in the Mass Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam will be private. Philip B. Dickinson

flagGRANVILLE – Philip B. Dickinson, 78, died November 14, 2014 at Renaissance Manor in Westfield. Born on March 21, 1936 to the late Buell and Mary (Sachse) Dickinson, he graduated from Westfield High School and then Westfield State College and served in the United States Army. A teacher and the family historian, Mr. Dickinson is survived by his brother Joel Dickinson and his wife Judith of Granville as well as his nieces and nephews Anita Mitchell, Lori Hillman, Dina Meader, Dawn LaBarre, Eric Hoschouer, Kimberly Robinson and Lori Hoschouer. He was predeceased by his sister Alice. A remembrance service will be held at 10 AM on Sunday, November 23, 2014 in the Granville Federated Church, Granville, MA. Shirley Weferling-Morin

SPRINGFIELD: Shirley Weferling-Morin, 86 passed away on Monday, November 17, 2014 at The Arbors in Westfield, with her loving family by her side. She had been a resident of the Arbors in Westfield for a year where she relocated to after being a resident of Catalpa Terrace in Springfield for 62 years. Shirley was born January 13, 1928 to Helen and Gustav Riedel of Buffalo, New York where she was raised and attended local schools there. She came to Springfield MA in 1945 where she met her first husband Erwin Weferling and married him June 28th 1947. Shirley worked for the former Carparts of Springfield, FW Sickles and Mass Mutual. She was predeceased by her parents as well as her twin brother Gustav and brother Frederick. Her first husband passed away May 11th 1983 and her second husband Ernest Morin passed away July 16th 2012. She leaves behind her beloved son Alan Weferling and his wife Elaine of Springfield and her beloved daughter Debbie Chistolini and her husband Chris of Westfield. Shirley also leaves behind her cherished and adored grandchildren whom she was very proud of. Amy Lynn Gibson RN and her husband Steven of Westfield, Officer Michael Chistolini and his wife Brittany of Essex, Vermont and Heather Nicole Chistolini of Westfield. Bringing so much joy and love to her were her 3 great – grandchildren, Ryan Chistolini age 3, and 11 month old twins Joshua and Adelynn Chistolini all of Essex, Vermont. Shirley will be remembered for her generosity and love shown to her family and friends. She enjoyed her year at the Arbors in Westfield and was so happy to be near her daughter and family. Our constant outings and visits with family kept her going strong and we were so thankful she was at her granddaughter ‘s wedding October 3rd. WESTFIELD: Mary T. (Fitzgerald) Meagher 81, of Westfield passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 17, 2014 surrounded by her loving husband, children and grandchildren following a long illness. Mary was the daughter of the late Francis and Mary Fitzgerald of Castlegregory, Ireland and Westfield, MA. Mary was born on January 31, 1933. Raised in Westfield, she attended St. Mary’s grammar and high school, graduating in 1950. After graduation, she was employed for ten years by the former First National Bank of Westfield before becoming a devoted wife, full time homemaker and a wonderful mother to her four children. She spent many memorable summers with family and friends at her vacation home in Ocean Park, ME. Mary will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her, especially by her husband, children and grandchildren whom she loved and cherished. In addition to her parents, Mary was pre-deceased by her two brothers; Gerald and Francis, and three sisters; Margaret Corcoran, Doris Fitzgerald and Anna Garvey. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, J. Paul Meagher, her son Michael Meagher and his wife Donna of Tolland, CT; and her three daughters; Mary Florek and her husband Jim, Kathryn Meagher DeLand, Ann Marie Cole and her husband Ron all of Westfield. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren; Bryan, Kristen and Andrew Meagher; Jennifer, Emily and Christopher Florek, David and Samantha Deland; Matthew, Steven and Megan Cole. Mary also leaves her brother Edward Fitzgerald and her sister Katherine Avery both of Westfield and several nieces and nephews all of who she loved deeply. Our family would like to thank the Noble Hospital Visiting Nurses and Hospice and the Westfield Fire Department EMT’s for their kindness and compassion. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 8:30 AM from the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad St., Westfield, MA followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church at 9:30 AM. Harold W. Johnson

WESTFIELD:  Harold Wilmore Johnson, (Hal), age 86, died Friday, November 14th from an affliction he acquired at age 6. He lived with pain most of his life but now goes on to find rest. Hal enjoyed fishing, stamp collecting and was a loyal fan of the Bruins and Red Sox. He leaves behind his wife of 60 years, Helen (Wydra) of Westfield, and daughters Linda J. Friedrich, Nancy J. Emanuel and Theresa J. Goodrich. He was predeceased in 2002 by his son, Paul Steven Johnson. Hal is survived by six grandchildren. There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at Holy Trinity Church, Westfield @ 10am, Friday Nov.21st followed by burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Carrie Dobek

WESTFIELD: Carrie F. (Leonard) Dobek, 52, passed away Monday, November 17, 2014 in Baystate Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born on November 26, 1961 in Westfield. She was a 1979 graduate of St. Mary’s High School and was a 1983 Cum Laude graduate of Western New England University. Carrie also received a Master’s Degree in B.A. from Western New England University. She worked for Alstrom in Granby, CT as a financial analyst for over 20 years. She was a proud mother of her boy’s athletic accomplishments, in tennis and hockey and always boasting about Mitch’s tennis career and Mark’s academic accomplishments. Carrie was an accomplished figure skater who coached at the ISCC in Simsbury, CT. She loved animals, especially her dogs Max and Maxine. She is survived by her husband David Dobek, her sons Mitch and Mark Dobek, her parents John and Mary Ann (Korzenecki) Leonard all of Westfield. A mass will be held on Saturday November 22nd at 11 am in St. Mary’s Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Kathleen C. McGovern

Kathleen C. (Cain) McGovern, 82, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at The Loomis House in Holyoke MA. She was born in Springfield to the late Frank J. and Catherine (Moriarty) Cain. She was a 1951 graduate of West Springfield High School. Kathleen was employed by Eastern States Farmers Exchange in West Springfield until starting her family. She returned to work at Westfield Manor Nursing Home for 17 years after her children were grown. She enjoyed playing bingo, knitting, sewing, chair caning and ceramics, but by far the activity she cherished most was the time spent with her grandchildren. We will always treasure the love and joy mom put into everything she did from making pies and canning strawberry jam or singing to the grandchildren ‘You Are My Sunshine’ before a nap. Kathleen is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Joseph “Ted” McGovern, her loving daughters, Beth A. Wilder and her husband, Eric of Southwick, Barbara J. McGovern a Traveler and Nancy L. Genovese and her husband, Daniel of Westfield, her brother Francis Cain and his wife Carol of Westfield, her sister Mary Corcoran of Holyoke, her five cherished grandchildren, Tara C. Dunne, Adam M. Wilder, Bridget A. Wilder, Abby L. Wellspeak and Molly K. Genovese, and her great granddaughter, Kate C. Dunne. She was predeceased by a brother John Cain and her sister Margaret Croteau. Kathleen’s funeral will be held on Monday at 8:30 AM from the Firtion Adams Funeral Home, 76 Broad St. Westfield followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in Our Lady of Blessed Sacrament Church, Holyoke Rd. Robert C. Smith

WATERFORD:  Robert Calvin Smith, age 75, of Waterford, and formerly of Westfield, MA, died Monday evening Nov. 17 at his home following a long illness.

He was born in Norwalk, CT, March 22, 1939, the son of Calvin and Alma Parker Smith. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Judy (Murtha). Bob was a 1962 graduate of Fairfield University and he also received a Master’s Degree in Education from Eastern State. In 1987 he started a soup kitchen in Westfield, MA. Bob was very proud that this enterprise grew to include the participation of all of the churches in Westfield. Bob trained for and ran his first marathon at age 60. Upon retirement, Bob enjoyed substitute teaching and sharing his talents as a Master Gardener with friends and family. He was a communicant of St. Agnes Church in Niantic.

He was a devoted father and is survived by his four children, Meghan and her husband Joseph Dasco of Monson, MA; Patrick and his wife Laura of Newtown, CT, Todd and his wife Amy of Westfield, MA; and Kate and her husband Travis Koske of Westfield, MA. Bob cherished his 11 grandchildren, Dylan, Christine, and Andrew Dasco; Brendan, Connor and Deirdre Smith; Claire, Tighe and Nora Smith; and Jack and Sydney Koske. He is also survived by a sister Maureen Smyth of Torrington, CT.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Agnes Church on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 11 AM. Interment will be private. There are no calling hours. Loganville, GA: flagTom Woodworth, (1950-2014) age 64, was called home on Tuesday, November 18, 2014. He was born in Westfield, MA, the son of Mary (Hoffman) Woodworth and the late Harold Woodworth. He was a Sergeant with the United States Air Force as a Russian Interpreter, proudly serving with the 6940th Security Wing. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Psychology and from the American International College with a M.S. in Clinical Skills. He was employed for 19 years as a Senior Programmer at Dow Jones/Wall Street Journal in Chicopee, MA. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife of 40 years, Catherine (McGeer) Woodworth; his sister, Theresa Woodworth; his 3 children, Caitlin Moncrief of GA, Erin Quick of Germany along with her husband Jeffrey, and Kyle Woodworth of NE along with his wife Christa; his 4 grandchildren, Emma Moncrief, Blake, Brianna and Bennett Woodworth. Johnathan D. Towle

AGAWAM: Jonathan D. Towle, 45, of Agawam departed peacefully Tuesday Nov. 18, 2014 at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Rockville, CT and grew up in Springfield and was a resident of Agawam. He was the owner and operator of JT Custom Woodworking in Agawam. Jonathan was also known as “Jon” and “JT” by his family and friends. Jon attended Springfield schools and was a graduate of Putnam High school where he discovered his love for the cabinetry trade which led to his lifetime career in custom wood working. Jon was an extreme perfectionist in his trade. Jon was an outdoorsman and often found his solitude by taking long hikes through the woods and picking up a rock or two. Jon loved riding his motorcycle with his friends and family. Jon’s greatest pleasure was the oasis that he built in his backyard. He will be deeply missed by his loving parents Bonnie and Brian Towle of Wilbraham, his brother Michael and his wife Lisa and their children Ryan, Jaelyn and Jordan of Westfield, his brother Brian Jr, and his wife Sandy and their children Brandon, Zachary and Nathan of Westfield. He will also be deeply missed by Christie Duclos his lifelong partner and best friend and many loving friends and relatives. Kan Yung Tang

Kan Yung Tang, 76, a resident of Southwick since 2002 and formerly of  Hong Kong, died early Friday afternoon, November 7, 2014 at Pok Oi Hospital in the New Territory of Hong Kong, China. He was born and educated in Hong Kong and prior to his retirement owned and operated several restaurants including the Great Wall in Springfield and The House of Tang in Windsor Locks. He was the devoted husband of the late May (Lau) Tang who died on September 4, 2008 and leaves three loving sons, Stanley Tang and his wife Jackie of Hong Kong, Rickey Tang and his wife Sara of Southwick, and Sam Tang and his wife Aneta of New York City; a sister, Tang Choi Kwan of Hong Kong; and two grandchildren, Constance and Chancellor Tang. WESTFIELD: Robert A. Crossetti, Jr., 33, tragically passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014. He was born in Philadelphia, PA to Susan (Tosh) and Robert A. Crossetti, Sr. Robert received his Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales, and worked as a PM Supervisor for Sodexo. Robert loved spending time with his children and enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his beloved wife Gina M. (Ancelli) Crossetti of Westfield, his two cherished sons, Tony and E.J. Crossetti at home, his parents, Robert and Susan Crossetti of PA, his sisters, Elizabeth Ann McBride and her husband Michael, Kathleen Spence and her husband William, all of PA, his mother and father-in-law, Eugene and Paula Ancelli, his sister-in-law Tricia Ancelli and brother-in-law Paul Ancelli, all of Westfield. Barbara J. Curran

WESTFIELD: Barbara J. “Bobbie” (Hoar) Curran died Friday, November 21, 2014 at home. She was born in Springfield, MA on November 21, 1926 in the Hungary Hill Section of Springfield, MA and was the daughter of the late Nora (Sheehan) and Thomas J. Hoar. She graduated from High School of Commerce in 1944. She was very proud of her Catholic faith and Irish heritage. Barbara married Jack Curran of Westfield on June 2, 1951 and they moved to Westfield, MA in 1959. She worked at Westfield Gas & Electric for twelve years and retired in 1982. She was predeceased by her husband Jack in February 1997, also by her three sisters, Ann, Helen and Mary. Barbara was a member of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church and also a former choir member. She was also a member of the Westfield Y.M.C.A. for many years. Barbara especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an avid cook and loved to bake and was famous for her chocolate chip cookies She is survived by her four children, Michael and his wife Mary , Nancy Goodniss and her husband George and Thomas and David all of Westfield. She leaves three grandchildren, Matthew, Bevin and Kara Goodniss. She also leaves a special niece Karen Klein Klaus-Herak from Montana along with several other nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all. Jean Genovese

Jean M. (Paquette) Genovese, 88, passed away peacefully with family by her side. She was born in Westfield to the late Harvey J. and Anna Y. (Palmer) Paquette. Jean was a 1944 graduate of Westfield High School and later worked at Stanley Home Products in Westfield. Jean later married Frank and was a stay at home mom until her kids were in school, then worked in the school lunch program. Later she worked at Steigers, where she shopped more than she worked. When Frank retired they would spend winters in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. She was predeceased by her husband Frank in 1999, and leaves a brother Harvey Paquette and wife Marylou from VA, daughter JoAnn Golen and husband Bill from Westfield, two sons, Frank from Florida and Andy from Arizona. Jean adored her grandchildren, Amy Carr, Bill Wallinnovich, Jannell Scannell and Krista Kreusch. She also leaves ten great grandchildren and very special friends, Wanda Okowitz and MaryBeth Cummings. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, November 25, from 11-12PM in the Firtion Adams Funeral Home, 76 Broad St. Westfield followed by a Graveside service in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Westfield. WESTFIELD: Eleanor A. Lazarz, 88, of Hamilton, passed away at home on Friday, November 21, 2014. Born in Westfield, Massachusetts, she was a Trenton-area resident since 1954.

Eleanor retired from the State of New Jersey, Clerk of the Superior Court – Finance after more than 25 years of service. She was the 2001 Fire Woman of the year in Mercer County as well as a 50-year volunteer for the DeCou Fire Department and its Ladies’ Auxiliary. Eleanor was a longtime member of the Hamilton Senior Citizens, the Hamilton Star Lighters, the Hamilton Sunshiners, and the Hamilton Township Senior Coalition. She was also a founding member of the Mercer Street Friends Center. In her spare time, she was an avid bowler who won many awards and trophies through the years. She also enjoyed road trips with friends to Broadway and Atlantic City. Most of all, she loved spending time and vacationing with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She opened her heart to everyone she met and her infectious laugh will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Daughter of the late Frank and Sophie Stanselski Capan, she is survived by her four children and their spouses, Mary-Ann McCabe and her husband Dennis, Carol-Ann Hollows and her husband Bruce, Martin H. Lazarz and his wife Cheryl, and Jo-Ann Trzaska and her husband Thomas; her sister Barbara White and her husband Richard, and their children Richard and Wendy of Westfield, Massachusetts; seven grandchildren, Nicole Graham (Jack), Jennifer Fisher (Mark), Jason Lazarz, Brian Hollows, Dennis McCabe(Elisabeth), Brynn Hollows (Randy Samson), Michael McCabe and his fiancé Lauren Lypen; four great-grandchildren who lovingly referred to her as GiGi, Brendan and Carly Ella Fisher, Jack Graham, and Bennett McCabe.

The funeral will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. from the Buklad Yardville Memorial Chapel, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road in Yardville. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at St. Raphael’s Church. Entombment will follow in Princeton Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may call on Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Buklad Memorial Chapel in Yardville. SOUTHWICK: Elizabeth A.(Garrow) Tetreault, 64, of Southwick died Saturday in Noble Hospital. She was born in St. Albans, VT on January 15, 1950, the daughter of the late Henry and Eugenia Garrow, she lived in Enfield Ct, and Chicopee, before settling in Southwick. Elizabeth was employed for fifteen years at the former Waldbaum’s Food Mart in Chicopee and Enfield, and was later a teller for Brinks Co. for five years, retiring in 2012. She is survived by two sons, Robert and his wife Amanda, and Craig and his wife Anna, all of Springfield, a daughter, Laura Maspo and her husband Tony of Holyoke, her loving partner of sixteen years, Michael Craig of Southwick and his daughters, Heather of Southwick and Lindzy of Westfield, three brothers, Robert Garrow of Farmington, CT, Donald Garrow of Texas, and Bernard Garrow of Ellington, CT, a sister, Madeline Diebold of Wright City, Missouri, and was predeceased by a brother Raymond Garrow. Elizabeth also leaves eleven loving grandchildren. Elizabeth’s final act was to give the gift of life through tissue donation. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 4pm at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad St, Westfield. Calling hours will precede the service from 1pm until 4pm. Burial will be private. Donald Holmes

SOUTHWICK—Donald F. “Red” Holmes, 84, a resident of this town for 60 years, passed away on Wednesday, November 26,2014 at Genesis in Westfield surrounded by his loving family. Born & educated in Westfield, Red was the son of the late Bertha (Lindsey) Holmes, and was a 1948 graduate of Westfield High School, where he played Bomber football for many championship teams under Coach Bill Moge. He later attended Holyoke Community College where he received his degree in Criminal Justice.

Red worked for many years as a police officer for the Town of Southwick prior to his retirement. He also worked at Hamilton Standard and served in the U.S. Navy as an aviation electrician. He was a member of the Southwick Congregational Church, the Huntington Lodge of Masons for over 50 years, and was a member of the Southwick Rotary Club. He was a founding member of the Southwick Rec. Center where the sports complex was dedicated to Red in his honor.

Red & Joan traveled to all 50 states. Red along with the late Dante Molta started the jacket reward program at Southwick High for championship teams. This tradition continues to this day. Red was an active member of Southwick sports, coached many teams and umpired as well. He was an elected official to the Southwick Park & Rec. Committee. He enjoyed his daily stop at the Southwick McDonalds for coffee with his friends.

He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Joan R. (Hanson) Holmes, two sons, John M Holmes and his wife Lynn of Southwick, MA, Paul R. Holmes and his wife Dorrie of Granville, MA, two daughters, Cathy A. Bruce and her husband Andy of Westfield, MA, and Joanne “Dodie” Stafford and her husband John of West Suffield, CT, eleven grandchildren, Derek Holmes and his wife Tiffany, Dan Holmes and his wife Krystal, Donna Holmes Richards and her husband Tyler, Kelly Bruce Armstrong and her husband Bill, Kimberly Bruce, Karly Bruce, Ben Holmes, Nate Holmes and his wife Christina, Johnathan Holmes, Becky Holmes, & Matt Stafford, seven great-grandchildren, Evan, Dylan, & Addison Holmes, Colin & Connor Armstrong, Mason Cunningham, Lily Holmes, his brother in law John Hanson of Southwick, MA, and a niece Taryn Hanson of CO. He was predeceased by his Uncle Ray, and is survived by Ray’s wife and a niece & a nephew.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the Southwick Congregational Church, 488 College Highway, Southwick, MA. Burial in New Cemetery will be private. Family & friends may gather at the Southwick-Forastiere Funeral Home, 624 College Highway, Southwick on Sunday, November 30th from 3:00—7:00 PM.
